Core Builders

The assembly of heat exchanger cores can require a wide variety of techniques and technologies due to the variety of heat exchangers that might be produced.  In addition, the level of flexibility and the capacity required for the production of heat exchangers will vary considerably from application to application.

Core Builders and Assembly Equipment

Livernois Engineering has completed core builders and assembly equipment from Manual Easels to Fully Automatic systems.  We have produced assembly equipment for small units such as heater cores and large units such as chemical processing units and large format condensers.

We are uniquely qualified for assembly automation and equipment for heat exchange applications in part due to the cooperation of our partner companies, Tridan International and Innovative Automation.  Tridan has primary experience with coils while Innovative Automation provided folded heat exchanger assembly equipment as well as custom automation and assembly equipment for a wide variety of manufacturing applications.
