Many of the processes used in the manufacture of heat exchangers are commonly based on the component to be manufactured.  When it comes to the assembly of these products, however, the techniques and technologies required to complete a unit can vary significantly.  This means that unique tools and methods are required.

Livernois Engineering has significant experience in a wide variety of methods used for the assembly of heat exchangers.  We can also leverage our partner company Tridan International and leverage their years of experience in assembling heat exchanger coils.  Also, Innovative Automation has completed tooling from swaging, forming, stamping, welding, and a variety of other techniques for the assembly of heat exchangers and virtually any manufactured product.
