Prototyping

New products require development and testing before they can be released into production.  This is the case with components such as fin and also for assemblies such as heat exchangers.  Often the prototyping of the heat exchanger can be a challenge.  Livernois Engineering has been meeting these challenges since the very beginning.

Prototyping Requirements

Over the years we have completed equipment we utilize in-house to support the prototyping requirements of our customers.  We have a variety of easels, fixtures, tables, and frames that can be used to support heat exchanger prototype assembly.  In addition, we are able to design and build any special tools or components that will also assist this process.
