Density Tooling

A major contributor to the heat exchange performance of a fin is the fin density.  The spacing between heat exchange surfaces on the fin contributes to both the heat transfer performance and the pressure drop through the fin.  The Density Tooling on the mill is responsible for setting this critical characteristic.

Density Tooling Wide Variety
