Cutoff Tooling

Roll forming operations are typically executed on continuous strips of material.  The cutting of the continuous profiles is critical to tube manufacturing and to most roll-forming applications.  There are a variety of methods that can be used for tube cutting dependent upon the speed of the application, the profile, and the material to be rolled.  Livernois Engineering has experience with a variety of cutoff methods and can provide a recommendation for cutting based on your application.
