Stuffers

Many heat exchanger applications utilize tubes to process the flow of air or some other fluid.  In some cases, an additional heat transfer device in the fluid flow path supports the overall effectiveness of the heat exchanger.  As such, Livernois Engineering has several options for stuffing of these turbulators into a tube.  These systems can be online or offline and can be manual or fully automatic,

Our partner company, Tridan International, has several regular use applications for not only the stuffing of tubes but also for inserting components over tubes such as systems to place braze rings over return bends.  Innovative Automation has produced custom stuffing solutions for the food industry in addition to heat exchange.  It is often the folded fins made by Innovative Automation equipment that is used to stuff inside fluid handling tubes.
