Braze Fixturing

A typical core building solution ends with the assembly of braze fixturing onto the assembled core.  As such, Livernois Engineering considers braze fixture development and design as a skill fundamental to assembling cores.  Braze fixturing is an often overlooked aspect to the manufacturing process.  By considering it as part of the core builder, we make sure that this critical function is addressed as part of the overall manufacturing process.

Tridan International, our partner, also develops fixtures and tools to support the processing of coils while Innovative Automation has done process research on the best configuration and method of braze fixturing to improve oven throughput while also providing systems for the cleaning of these fixtures.
