Core Compress Tooling

Core building is a function of taking a variety of components and making them assemble into a cohesive unit that may allow for brazing or other post-processing methods.  To support those processes that occur after the assembly, properly compressing the core is critical.  We provide tooling for controlling the application of force evenly to the tubes and fins to support core compression and further assembly.

Innovative Automation, as a partner to Livernois and a provider of custom automation, has developed precision feedback control for core compression making this critical core assembly function more practical and robust.  The experience of Tridan international with dies and metal forming results in a combination of engineering techniques that allow for optimal core compression for additional processing.
