Header Tooling

Although most heat exchanger may appear to be similar, experienced engineers understand that the subtle differences help to optimize the performance of a particular unit while making it highly manufacturable.  Not surprisingly, there are a wide variety of methods that can be used for headering of heat exchanger cores and therefore there are a wide variety of tools available to support these methods.  Livernois Engineering has been making core assembly equipment since the beginning and will partner with you to determine the optimal solution for your unique application.

As opposed to cores, heat exchanger coils have their own challenges in terms of headering.  Tridan international, our partner company, has all the experience required to help with fluid path channeling required for these coil applications.  As a provider of custom automation, Innovative Automation can assist with a variety of headering and assembly techniques.
