Tube Mill and roll formers in general account for a significant investment for any manufacturing facility.  We recognize the importance of getting as much for that investment as possible.  We also know that with some attention a solidly built roll former and be re-built to considerably extend its useful life.

Livernois Engineering has experience rebuilding all types of roll formers including tube mills.  These machines tend to be based on solid robust foundations.  Some care in the rolling components and maintenance of moving parts along with a thorough controls rebuild can extend the life of a roll former well beyond the original production intent.
