Prototyping

As part of the Livernois Engineering emphasis on Unique Solutions, we support prototyping for all types of heat exchanger products.  We’ve done our fair share of research and development and know that without a prototype the development effort can never be optimized.  Our prototyping capabilities consists of the forming of fins to the assembly of cores.  Whatever lengths need to be developed to complete a prototype of a new product, our engineering staff is ready, willing, and able.

By combining this prototype understanding with our partner companies Tridan International and Innovative Automation, we can provide even more services to our customers.  This expands our prototyping capabilities to coils and even custom automation solutions in any manner best fitting your application.
